    Description

We are Jakob and Laura and our two little kids living in a cottage at Saaremaa, Estonian biggest island. We live aside with a small creek, that is why our cottage name is Jõe (in Estonian creek/river). We all love living in the countryside, our little creek and our Estonian native breed sheep.
Jakob is the man with golden hands - he finds good solutions for every problem easily and precisely. He loves woodworking. Other times, when it's season, he is shearing the sheep in Saaremaa and nearby.
Laura is biologist and loves gardening and growing and conserving our own food in a no dig permaculture oriented garden. Other than that she is fascinated of the ways how to use the sheep derieved materials as far and as natural way as possible. She is also organising folk dance evenings in Saaremaa, teaches local folk dances and plays Estonian bagpipe.

We are inspired by regenerative agriculture, heritage and the fascinating nature itself.
