  Hi,
  
  My name is Clare. I'm looking for someone to join my son Sebastian (age 7) and I in our 4 bedroom house.
  
  I’m a Scottish-Spanish creative director and designer. After 20 years in London I renovated a house in Tarifa, Andalucía where we live most of the year, spending our summers in the Scottish Highlands and London. Seb is Spanish, Scottish, English and Portuguese and is bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
  
  I require limited hours of help around the house and with the dog. Generally another pair of hands for some of the things I do, allowing me time with Seb, and to add more people to our tiny household :)
  
  Ideally (though not crucial), you will be a native Spanish speaker, allowing us to speak Spanish and English, if you're keen to practice english also. You will require a car since our villa is a 10 minute drive outside of Tarifa, in El Cuarton.
  
  I anticipate 2-3 hours, 5 days per week, mainly in the afternoons. It's also possible to do less days. In reality, there isn't a huge amount so help will be varied and flexible. If you work remotely, or in Tarifa, this is ideal, since I can largely fit around your schedule and commitments.
  
  Ideally, you will be:
  
  *️️️️️️️️️ Someone who likes the outdoors, a healthy life, sport, children and dogs. I'm told by many that both Seb and Dolly dog are both very charming...
  *️️️️️️️️️ A native Spanish or english speaker.
  *️️️️️️️️️ Have your own car.
  *️️️️️️️️️ A person who is passionate about any project they take on.
  *️️️️️️️️️ I keep my home SUPER clean, tidy and organised and would expect the same of anyone using the space.
  *️️️️️️️️️ No smokers or all night party people, please.
  
  RELIABLE:
  I am a single parent with no family or support nearby so I appreciate consistency. I would prefer someone who stays for a minimum of 2 months. Similarly, I would ask 2 weeks notice if you choose to leave, and would offer the same to you.
  
  In return, I hope this can be a lovely exchange, allowing you lots of flexibility to work or do your own thing, an excellent location and house and an exchange with a happy, outdoors loving, playful family.

  I live between London and Andalucia, both of which are culturally rich. I also visit my homeland of Scotland and you are welcome to join us.
  
  About Tarifa:
  A sangria spit from Morocco (13km!), where both oceans and continents meet, Tarifa is a very special place. Famous for kite and wind surfing, along with it’s beautiful white washed Andalusian town, incredible beaches and restaurants, yoga and shopping, Tarifa has something for everyone. As such, it seems to be the height of fashion year after year.
  
  Tangier is 1 hour away by boat; foodie mecca, Vejer 58km; Malaga 1.5 hrs away; Cadiz 45 mins away; Ronda a day trip and Granada a wonderful place to visit in a weekend. Even Portugal is only 3 hours away. There is a huge amount to see and do here.
  
  I’m very happy to help you with travel options on your days off.

  Help

  Generally being a second pair of hands for me around the house. This could involve:
  Household tasks, cleaning, cooking, IT help for personal needs, family games, crafts, dog walking, language practice and / or general conversation. I would also say that I appreciate a lot of time alone or with Sebi, so you would certainly not be expected to entertain and I would also hope that you are happy in your own company.

  Seb likes: His bike! A lot. Horse riding, swimming, tennis, basketball, taekwondo, skate and surf. He'd like to start kite surfing so if you're into this and / or skate / any of the above, I'd be delighted if you could do with Sebi.
