Description
This is an eco hotel located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, on the banks of the Don Diego River in Tairona territory. It is a 3 hectare property where visitors live history through the archaeological legacy of indigenous culture. Have the chance to connect with the ancestral heritage of the Tairona people. You’ll work in an environment surrounded by ancient terraces, learn about indigenous traditions, and contribute to the preservation of their legacy.

We welcome enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about nature, culture, and sustainable tourism. Volunteers should be adaptable, open-minded, and eager to contribute positively to our eco-hotel and surrounding community.
Help
We are looking for few types of candidates, one category is property wellness, which includes our community, art, ecological and DIY programs. The other category is property design which involves general maintenance, building projects and other creative outlets for improving our space. As a volunteer, you can participate in eco-friendly projects such as reforestation, waste management, and conservation initiatives that help protect the local flora and fauna.For those interested in hospitality, offers the opportunity to assist in our eco-hotel operations, learning about sustainable tourism and traditional Caribbean cuisine.

The traveller(s) will stay in a dedicated share accommodation on the property and will be prepared two meals for their working day shifts (Breakfast and lunch). Use of kitchen facilities of the house of volunteers. etc. is available.

You will find a beautiful experience in this part of Colombia, where the Caribbean Mountains, River and Sea all connect in a stunning setting. We are very well connected to travel to any part of the coast via bus from Santa Marta and are a short 15 min ride to Palomino, a popular bohemian backpacker destination and others amazing destination.
