The small old farm is sited along Atna river in beautiful Sollia close to Rondane mountains (you can actually see part of Rondane from the farm). John Furuseth has long term experience with sheeps and border collies. You will live in your own circus wagon and help out with feeding and caring for the sheep and the two dogs. Your help will be needed for 2 - 3 hours daily. The life style is basic. The tasks require straight forward practical thinking and some physical strength. You can choose if you want to live in an circus wagon or in a camping wagon. The circus wagon has electricity, a fire stove, a bed, a table, a fridge. Probably the circus wagon will be the best living solution for the winter.
What else ...
Helpers can go cross country skiing and hiking in the mountains. A bicycle will be provided. The local shop and buss stop is sited 7 km from the sheep farm.
