  Description

  Hola! I am Cristina (48) and we are a family of three along with my two kids, Abril (11) and Marc (8).
  
  We are new here and we are very interested in sharing our life, our home and our culture with a woman in exchange for a constant English language immersion with my kids and help at home.
  
  We live 4kms away from Sitges, in the beautiful village of Sant Pere de Ribes, a safe and charming place surrounded by vineyards. Full services by walking distance from our house.
  
  We are very well connected to Sitges and Barcelona through a bus service and trainlines available all day.
  
  My kids are home with me every other week, since they stay with their dad two weeks a month. However, Abril, Marc and me are very close, so even if they stay at their dad's they're home with me a couple of days a week, too.
  
  Sant Pere de Ribes is a lovely village with many cafés and bar terraces and the daily chance to enjoy the sunny weather on them while having an ice cream, a coffee or a good book. Sitges is only 4kms away and it is very well connected by bus, taxi or a 10min bike ride .

  We are a laid back Catalan family with local habits as far as schedules, free-time activities and cultural preferences. We cook on a daily basis and we live on seasonal, traditional homemade Catalan/Spanish cooking,cinema and sharing many moments with close friends. We try to enjoy slow life/local way of living, with the occasional getaways when we get the chance. My kids are eager to learn English so we ask for full English communication in return. We are not offering a language exchange since our interest is being fully immersed in English with the workawayer. Please, no spanish-speaking workawayers.
  We live 200m away from a sports center with gym, indoors and outdoors swimming pools and green spaces with facilities for calistenia. Plenty of paths for hiking and biking too starting from our own street.
  The village we live in has many cultural festivities throughout the year, a great change to live the culture and interact with locals.

  Help

  Our main focuses for the woman who joins us at home are:
  -Spending time with the kids on a daily basis, while sharing moments of games, duties or conversation only in English with them and with myself.
  -Cooperate with the daily caring and maintenance cleaning of the house, with one day per week of focus on the general house cleaning.
  -A person who is trained and familiar with physical activity, Pilates, strength training or such activities that can be done at home as a guided workout.
  -Being good at small DIY improvements around the house is very much welcome.

  Private room. Shared bathroom with two kids.
  
  All meals are provided every other week, Monday trough Friday, when kids are home for the whole week and help and collaboration is expected every day. We always share meals together with time for conversation, relax and fun. Catalan/Spanish cooking is our main diet and culture.
  When kids are not home the following week, all the meals of the week are workawayer's responsibility,

  We are looking for a woman workawayer. Preferably a native English speaking person and specially a non-native Spanish speaker.
  A person who is trained. professionally or wide-experienced wise. in physical activity and can guide regular personal training for me at home.
  Respect, trust and manners are main values in our home.
  Workawayer responsibilities are mainly condensed every other week.
  When kids are home for the week, collaboration and help are expected on a daily basis.
  The weeks where kids are away, there's free time for the whole week except one day where house cleaning needs to be done and workawayer is autonomous on their own meals.
