Help me reimagine an old-school in Horn, Sweden

  Description

  I (43 years old, male) have been renovating an old school with a large garden here for seven years and keep chickens, rabbits and bees. I also have my two favorite cats in the house and yard. My property is surrounded by woods on all sides and is in a fairly quiet location. There is a beautiful swimming lake just 300 meters away. You can also go canoeing, stand-up paddling or fishing on it. Hiking and mushroom/berry picking is possible from the edge of the property. I particularly enjoy the peace and the quiet atmosphere in the forest.
  I am a nature-loving hippie with conservative values, a biologist/ecologist by training, rather introverted and quiet. Interests: Meditation, ice bathing, yoga, archery, hunting, gardening, timber construction, clay construction, medicinal plants and mushrooms, art, literature, hiking, alternative theories on the nature of our reality (I am a passionate unvaxxed tinfoil hat), personal development.
  
  Seit sieben Jahren renoviere ich (43 Jahre, männlich) hier eine alte Schule mit großem Garten und halte Hühner, Kaninchen und Bienen. Außerdem sind noch meine zwei Lieblingskatzen in Haus und Hof unterwegs. Mein Grundstück ist von allen Seiten von Wald umgeben und ziemlich ruhig gelegen. Ein sehr schöner Badesee befindet sich nur 300 m entfernt. Auf diesem kann man auch Kanufahren, Standup-Paddeln oder Angeln. Wandern und Pilze-/Beerensammeln ist ab der Grundstücksgrenze möglich. Ich genieße hier vor allem die Ruhe und die friedliche Atmosphäre im Wald.
  Ich bin ein naturverbundener Hippie mit konservativen Wertvorstellungen, studierter Biologe/Ökologe, eher introvertiert und ruhig. Interessen: Meditation, Eisbaden, Yoga, Bogenschießen, Jagd, Gärtnern, Holzbau, Lehmbau, Medizinalpflanzen und Pilze, Kunst, Literatur, Wandern, alternative Theorien zur Beschaffenheit unserer Realität (stolzer ungeschlumpfter Aluhutträger), Persönlichkeitsentwicklung.

  Apart from accommodation and food, I can teach you the Swedish language, breathing or meditation techniques or archery. If you wish, you can also get to know the local rural population, who are mainly farmers. I would be delighted to learn handicraft or gardening skills from my guests!
  
  Von Unterkunft und Essen abgesehen kann ich euch die schwedische Sprache näherbringen, Atem oder Meditationstechniken beibringen oder das Bogenschießen beibringen. Die lokale Landbevölkerung könnt ihr bei Wunsch auch gerne kennenlernen, dabei handelt es sich vorwiegend um Landwirte. Freuen würde ich mich von meinen Gästen handwerkliche oder gärtnerische Dinge zu lerne!

  Help

  I would mainly need help with renovation work (painting, building, cleaning, clearing out) and in the garden, where I have a greenhouse and a large vegetable garden (mowing the lawn, weeding, watering, etc.), looking after animals, mucking out the stable and possibly also cleaning/cooking, as well as processing/drying/smoking fruit, vegetables, herbs, berries and mushrooms.
  Preferably but not necessarily I am looking for people with experience in manual work who do not have dogs or children with them.
  We work about 5 hours a day, usually together on one or more projects/tasks.
  
  
  Hilfe bräuchte ich vor allem bei Renovierungsarbeiten (Streichen, Bauen, Saubermachen, Entrümpeln) und im Garten, wo ich ein Gewächshaus und einen großen Gemüsegarten habe (Rasenmähen, Unkrautzupfen, Gießen, etc.), Tiere versorgen, Stallausmisten und eventuell auch beim Putzen/Kochen, sowie beim Verarbeiten/Trocknen/Räuchern von Obst, Gemüse, Kräutern, Beeren und Pilzen.
  Bevorzugt suche ich Leute mit Erfahrung im handwerklichen Bereich, die keine Hunde oder Kinder dabeihaben.
  Wir arbeiten ca. 5 Stunden am Tag, in der Regel gemeinsam an einem oder mehreren Projekten/Aufgaben.

  Accommodation

  I have two rooms on the upper floor, the guests are available with bed, couch, table and view into the garden. It is also possible to camp on my property or park campers.
  
  You will have your own room on the upper floor with a bed, couch, table and window overlooking the garden. Alternatively, a room with a loft for sleeping and an armchair and couch downstairs, also with a window to the garden. It is also possible to stand on the property with campers, caravans or similar.
  I usually have breakfast and dinner, as well as a lunch break in the afternoon. We can prepare meals together or take turns. If you are vegan and need a lot of industrially produced products from the supermarket, then I expect you to get/pay for these yourself.
  
  Ich habe im Obergeschoß zwei Zimmer, die Gästen zur Verfügung stehen mit Bett, Couch, Tisch und Blick in den Garten. Es ist auch möglich auf meinem Grundstück zu zelten oder Camper abzustellen.
  In der Regel gibt es Frühstück und Abendessen, sowie eine Mittagsessen/Kaffee/Teepause am Nachmittag. Ich esse viel Fleisch und Gemüse. Die Mahlzeiten können wir gemeinsam oder abwechselnd zubereiten. Wenn du vegan bist und viele industriell hergestellte Produkte aus dem Supermarkt brauchst, dann erwarte ich, dass du dir diese selbst besorgst/bezahlst.

  What to do here?
  My property is surrounded by forest on all sides and is in a fairly quiet location. A beautiful swimming lake is only 300 meters away. Here you can also go canoeing, stand-up paddling or fishing. Hiking and mushroom/berry picking is possible from the property boundary. I live in the middle of nowhere, so transportation is by foot, bike (you can borrow from me), car if we go shopping or for a trip.
  
  Important: As I am partly self-catering, it can happen from time to time that roosters or rabbits have to be slaughtered. Of course, you don't have to help if you don't want to, but it's part of life here. Accordingly, I also eat meat from time to time. There is no television/daily newspaper here. Two days a week - usually the weekends - are free . Depending on weather and our mood we can go on an excursion on one of the two days.
  
  What is important to me is 100% trust, honesty, respect for nature, animals and people, tolerance and respectful interaction. House rules: Take off your shoes, never clean the iron pan with washing detergent(!) ;-), no loud music, no dogs and no noisy kids. Smoking only outside.
  
  Mein Grundstück ist von allen Seiten von Wald umgeben und ziemlich ruhig gelegen. Ein sehr schöner Badesee befindet sich nur 300 m entfernt. Auf diesem kann man auch Kanufahren, Standup-Paddeln oder Angeln. Wandern und Pilze-/Beerensammeln ist ab der Grundstücksgrenze möglich. Da ich zum Teil Selbstversorger bin, kann es hin und wieder vorkommen, dass Hähne oder Kaninchen geschlachtet werden müssen. Dabei müsst ihr natürlich nicht helfen, wenn ihr das nicht wollt aber es gehört hier zum Leben dazu. Dementsprechend esse ich auch hin und wieder Fleisch. Es gibt hier keinen Fernseher/Tageszeitung. Zwei Tage in der Woche - in der Regel die Wochenenden - sind frei – oftmals und je nach Wetter zur eigenen Gestaltung oder wir machen an einem der Tage einen Ausflug. Wichtig sind mir 100% Vertrauen, Ehrlichkeit, Respekt vor Natur, Tieren und Menschen, Toleranz und ein achtsames Miteinander. Hausregeln: Schuhe ausziehen, niemals die Eisenpfanne mit Spülmittel sauber machen ;-), keine laute Musik, Hunde oder laute Kinder. Rauchen nur draußen.
