Description
Help with kids, home, and enjoy cultural exchange in a vibrant city.
Hey! :)
We are Dagna (43), Sulimir (10.5 years old) and Satya (4 years old) :)
We are a friendly Polish-Indian family living in Kraków, Lesser Poland. My kids’ dad is from India, so they both speak English.
We would love to welcome someone who enjoys spending time with children, engaging in creative play, and supporting us through fun and hands-on experiences on our unschooling journey. Some help with cooking, tidying, and everyday household tasks would also be greatly appreciated. A few times a month—usually around four/five days—I work full days at a tourist office, so having an extra pair of hands on those days is especially helpful.
We are looking for someone who can stay for at least a month and would love to become an extra "family member." If you enjoy art, music, dancing, fooling around, and spending time in nature, you’ll fit right in!
Our core values are respect, nonviolent communication (NVC), tolerance, mindfulness, open-mindedness, a connection with nature, curiosity, creativity, and mostly healthy, vegetarian food. We believe in learning through life, embracing different cultures, and creating a warm, inspiring environment for our children.Types of help and learning opportunities

🎶I am a Sound Therapist and would love to share my passion with you. I offer sound massages and sound sessions and can teach you some basic practices. I play Tibetan and crystal singing bowls and other beautifully healing instruments.
Lately, I’ve been deeply fascinated by Human Design—I’m studying and exploring this system, and I’d love to share what I’ve learned with you! If you’re curious, I can introduce you to its principles and help you discover how it can provide insight into your unique strengths and life path. It’s truly fascinating! 😊Projects involving children

Help
We love having guests who become part of our daily life—more like an extra pair of hands and a family member rather than just a helper. The most important thing for us is that you speak English with the kids and engage with them in a fun and creative way. They love playing, exploring, and learning through hands-on experiences. If you enjoy art, music, storytelling, or outdoor adventures, you’ll have a great time with them!
Aside from spending time with the children, we would appreciate some help with cooking, cleaning, and general household maintenance. Nothing too demanding—just sharing everyday tasks to keep our home cozy and running smoothly. If you have any special skills, like playing an instrument, crafting, or sports, we’d love for you to share them with us!Languages

I would love to practice my English and feel more confident in conversations. Recently, I also started learning Spanish, so if you speak Spanish, it would be amazing to practice together! Language exchange is something I truly enjoy, and I believe it’s a great way to connect and learn from each other. 😊Accommodation
We are renting a cozy two-bedroom flat in Nowa Huta, Kraków, a district known for its unique architecture, green spaces, and relaxed atmosphere. You will have your private room, providing you with a comfortable space to rest and recharge. ✨ Discover Kraków in your free time! ✨
Kraków is a beautiful and vibrant city with a rich history and plenty to explore. As Poland’s former capital, it offers stunning medieval architecture, charming streets, and a unique atmosphere. You can visit Wawel Castle, wander around the famous Old Town and Main Square, or explore the Jewish Quarter (Kazimierz) with its artistic vibe and cosy cafés. There are also plenty of museums, cultural events, and green spaces like the Vistula River boulevards where you can relax. Kraków has an active international community, so you'll have the chance to meet people from all over the world.A little more information
