Description
Start with garden and house.
The house is situated close to the city. I have a dog and garden in center of Nouméa.
I'm a teacher high school, I work a lot, I need help with classic garden and stone retaining walls.
I also have to redo the electrical cables on my sailboat's engine, and that's one area where I'd be happy to help.
I am located 15 minutes walk from the center of Noumea, it is a house with 4 bedroom a garden and a dog.
There is much to see here , maritime museum, aquarium, beaches, island and taxi boat from the market.
I could share my french language and i will benefit your experience of traveler.
My project is to improve the garden and plant fruit trees.
I could show you around Noumea and take you paddling in my club.
If the weather permits, I can take you out to sea with my sailing.
You will have your own room (I have one room available).
Internet is available during the day until 22 PM , but not at night starts 6AM.
I will prepare the property in advance for the food. I have a freezer with fish and meat. I do the shopping in advance so I can plan ahead. I provide the meals that we eat together.
Help is mainly in the garden and housekeeping, working on sailing boat.
This will be very easy, i like to work as a team.
I ask my residents to help for 25 hours a week, which can be split into 5 or sometimes 4 days a week.
I prefer to work hard and then play (- ;)
On Friday or Saturday evening I often share a drink (wine and beer) with other friends, if you want to join us please provide some drinks.
As a teacher I can provide information on many areas such as mechanics or computers.
The place is very secure top of a hill, buses not far (500 m)

Accommodation
Accommodation is a upstairs with open space. There is a private shower downstairs. Workers will have they own room with internet connection during the day time.
There is a dog, but she stays outside the house.
I am situated 10 minutes by foot from the city center. And 30 minutes to the beaches.

Helpers can go closely of sightseeing places by foot.

Hi every body, i have internet connection, open for everybody, the only thing i ask people is to switch off the wifi for the night. The last people use ti, switch it off for the night.
