Description
Our farm is located just 45 minutes from Oslo and 20 minutes from Gardermoen, in beautiful surroundings by the river Vorma. Here we combine traditional farming, forestry, and tourism, and we are building a special place with unique stays, nature, animals, and events.
We have a restored barn used for weddings, Christmas markets, yoga retreats, and other gatherings. We also have a few friendly animals on the farm, including 14 alpacas, 2 Shetland ponies, 2 mini pigs, and 7 hens.
We offer several unique accommodations for guests: three appartments, three mirrored glass cabins, two domes, and a shepherd’s hut. Because of this, the work here is varied and mostly practical. Tasks can include outdoor work, maintenance, painting, gardening, farm help, small building projects, and general hands-on jobs.
We are mainly looking for handy, proactive, and independent interns who would like to do their internship at the farm and be part of daily life here. Since we are often busy with many different projects, this suits people who can work quite independently and like to take initiative.
We can offer accommodation on the farm, including a cozy private room upstairs in the main house.
Please note that we can only host EU/EEA citizens, or non-EU citizens who already live in Norway and have a residence permit that allows them to work here.
We are especially interested in people who can stay for a longer period if things work well.
Soon, we will also be looking for a cleaning couple who can help with cleaning and guest services. More info coming soon.
If you are practical, positive, and enjoy being in nature and helping out with different kinds of projects, feel free to get in touch.

Accommodation
The accommodation is upstairs in the main house. You will have your own room and there is a shared kitchen and bathroom. Most of the time there are not more than 3 workawayers living upstairs so there is enough privacy.

What else ...
You may use bikes, a canoe, the sauna and go swimming (cold) in the river, go for walks in beautiful nature. Visit Oslo city by bus.
