Description
We are a friendly and open-minded Chinese family living in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Our family includes two lovely girls aged 4 and 7, and a 4-month-old Doberman puppy who is very playful and friendly.
We are looking for a female Workawayer or a couple whose native language is German to help teach and practice German with our daughters in a fun and natural way. We believe that children learn best through play and daily life, so we’d love someone who can engage with them by reading picture books, playing games, and supporting homework.
If you have an educational background or experience working with children, that would be perfect for us!
Our house is located in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, about a 20-minute drive from the center. We have a large 400 m² garden, perfect for relaxing, playing, or having BBQs. You will have your own private room with a bathroom.
A café located at the main road junction, just a 3-minute drive from my home, where you can also go swimming. The fee is 100 THB each time.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine and a large oven (although the oven’s heat control knob has some issues, it still works). We don’t cook at home very often, but if we do, you’re always welcome to join and try Chinese food with us.
We ask for a minimum stay of two weeks so that our daughters can build a real connection and enjoy continuous practice. If we all enjoy the experience, we would be happy for you to stay longer.
We love making new friends from around the world and sharing cultures. We prefer non-smokers and someone who truly enjoys spending time with children and animals.

You will have the chance to experience local Thai life while staying in a friendly family environment. You can learn about Chinese cooking when we prepare food together, and you’re welcome to share your own recipes or baking skills with us.
We also love to exchange stories and experiences from different cultures, and you will have many opportunities to explore Chiang Mai and meet locals.
Our daughters will teach you about their world too — through their eyes and games!Au Pair Help
