Description
This is a non-profit association and a place of art and culture. We organize a JamSession every week and also several workshops and concerts.
We provide community spaces for co-working as well as rooms for practicing music and we encourage our guests to get to know each other.
The space is located directly in the heart of Palermo between the most famous streets, so you reach every destination by foot in a few minutes.
The train station is 15 minute walking distance.
Close by is our cohouse, a space for long and short term living, that is a close cooperation partner of our place. You will stay there in one of their beautiful rooms.
Please mind that we cannot offer money because we are non profit.
The team of the project is a small group of lovely people that enjoy working with each other and also spending free time sometimes for example for lunch or at the jam.

By working here, you will be in contact with locals as well as people from all over the world.
You will learn how to manage the space and also get to know the whole area and the city of Palermo.
We are happy to get new input and ideas from workawayers to improve and make it a beautiful experience for every new guest.
Help
We have different packages of help that we sometimes need.
This could be for example social media, fundraising, event promotion, general maintenance (fixing stuff), but could also be artists that want to give workshops.
Please only contact us if you think you can handle these tasks and we will explain you more about it in a first video call and see if it matches for both of us.
If you are an artist that can provide workshops or make a mural painting or else, working hours will be a little bit different, we will discuss more detailed in a personal call.

Accommodation
You'll have a beautiful clean single hotel room with your own bathroom at our cooperation partner . It provides everything you need. The kitchen will be shared with max. 3 people at a time and you need to provide your own food.
There is also a public terrace.
What else ...
You need to speak at least a basic level of Italian to work here, because many things, e.g. the computer software is in Italian.
In your free time you can to whatever you like. As you are staying in the middle of the center, you can reach everything in a very shortwalking distance. You can see the beautiful cathedral, have some amazing local street food or a walk to the seaside in less then 10 minutes walking.
The team meets up every morning around 10am in the office so your regular working hours would be from ca 10am -14pm.
