Hello, I'm Sophie! I am 26 years old, born in England and have grown up in New Zealand and Australia to Italian/Ukrainian parents. I'm a yoga teacher (for 5 yrs) and have worked in Community Services (supporting young people with Mental Health/other programs). I love to practice yoga and meditation, walk in nature, cook, dance and read. I get passionate sharing yoga and my knowledge with others. I am studying psychology.
I know basic Italian and am hoping to improve my Italian during my travels.
I've previously worked in hospitality, retail and a library and have experience in customer service, cooking, cleaning, maintenance, gardening, digital marketing (social media and web design) and also have done a workaway before at a co-living space in Palermo, Sicily. I'm also very creative and love helping you plan events/design spaces or advertising etc.

I have a lot of experience in hospitality, retail and customer service in Australia and so have a lot of people skills and am able to cook and clean well.
I am also a yoga teacher and would love to have the opportunity to share my skills and teach while I am travelling!
I also have some experience in social media/digital marketing and would be happy to help with this also (I study digital marketing online as well as psychology)
I am very friendly and easy to get along with, very reliable, hardworking and honest :)
