Description
I have an off-the-grid agrotourism project in Costa Rica's Central Valley. I own two apartments and produce some vegetables and fruit, as well as free-range chicken eggs. My property is only 10 minutes from the city, so you can live in a rural setting but still have access to movie theaters, restaurants, supermarkets, and hospitals in the country's largest cities. Volcanoes and national parks are also very close, and the beach is just 1.5 hours away. I love living surrounded by trees, with neighbors 400 meters away from the nearest, with spectacular views in a climate that ranges from 16 to 23 degrees Celsius. I love the sounds of nature; I truly enjoy moonlit nights as well as pitch-black nights. I also enjoy having access to all the amenities of living close to the city.

Tengo un proyecto agroturistimo en el valle central de Costa Rica, es off the grid, tengo 2 apartamentos y produzco algunas hortalizas y frutas, huevos de gallina de pastoreo. Mi propiedad a solo 10 minutos de ciudad entonces puedes vivir en lo rural pero con acceso a cines, restaurantes, supermercados, hospitales de las ciudades mas grandes del pais. Tambien estan muy cerca volcanes y parques nacionales a 1.30 horas de la playa. Amo vivir rodeada de arboles con los vecinos a 400 metros el mas cercano, con vistas expectaculares en un clima que va de 16 a 23 grados centigrados. Amo los sonidos de la naturaleza, disfruto mucho las noches de luna asi como las noches totalmente oscuras. Asimismo tener acceso a todas las comodidas de vivir cerca de la ciudad.

What else ...
In your free time, you can explore Costa Rica's main cities, visit volcanoes and national parks, take popular dance classes, and visit beaches on weekends. All of this is done by public transportation, which is quite good in Costa Rica. My house rules include maintaining silence, keeping the house clean, not using hard drugs, not carrying weapons, and being a pet owner. You are not allowed to use high-powered electrical appliances because we have solar panels. You should not be bothered by the country life. It is important that you not bring visitors to my project.

En el tiempo libre pueden conocer las principales ciudades de Costa Rica, visitar volcanes, parques nacionales, llevar clases de baile populares en el pais, visitar playas los fines de semana. Todo en transporte publico que es bastante bueno en Costa Rica.
Las reglas de mi casa es mantener el silencio, la limpieza de la casa, no usar drogas fuertes, no uso de armas y que le gusten los animales. No se puede usar artefactos electricos de alta demanda porque tenemos paneles solares. Que no le moleste la vida de campo. Es importante que no traiga visitas a mi proyecto.

Space for parking camper vans
A los campers y casas rodantes les puedo proveer seguridad, agua, banos completos, senderos para caminar, espacio rodeado de naturaleza con mucho silencio y paz. Tambien lo que produzco en mi propiedad. Es importante que los ultimos 400 metros son de calle de lastre que solo ingresan carros altos y especialmente 4x4.
