  We are the first English-speaking kindergarten dedicated to nurturing bilingual children from non-English speaking families, aiming to provide them with better opportunities for their future lives 🚀🌟.
  
  In 2012, Peru ranked last among the 65 countries participating in the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA), which tested the educational skills of 15-year-olds worldwide. By 2015, Peru made slight progress, ranking 63rd out of 69 nations. However, this remains a critical issue for Peruvian students, with only students from the Dominican Republic faring worse in Latin America 😔.
  
  These results stem not just from secondary education but also from inadequate early education, which fails to equip children with the necessary tools to build self-esteem and improve academic performance. At our school, we strive to elevate standards and provide children with the invaluable gift of a foreign language—specifically English 🌍. Why? English not only enriches children's lives by presenting opportunities but also fosters self-esteem and parental pride, inspiring continuous improvement. This impact will reverberate through society, expanding and growing with time 🌈.
  
  Our vision goes beyond the city limits. We have already organized summer lessons for children in an Andean community, bringing these benefits to those who have never had such opportunities before. Our unique teaching method for pre-reader children revolutionizes the way knowledge is imparted to those under 7 years old 📚.
  
  We invite you to be a part of this ambitious project, working with the most delightful and precious age group of children. Our method is playful and interactive, so you'll be engaging with the kids in a fun and meaningful way 🤗. You'll enjoy the time spent caring for these little angels, cherishing the laughter and unforgettable moments that come with helping them learn and grow 💖👼.

  You can support us in daily routines, assist teachers in classes, and help with activities and projects. We require volunteers to commit to at least 1 MONTH or more to understand the work and adapt to the routine. In return, we offer accommodation and two meals per working day 🏠🍽️.
  
  We have specific enrollment dates and offer four spots every two months. Recruitment takes place on the last and first days of each month 📆🌻🎉. However, please feel free to consult with us, as we often have spaces available throughout the year as well 😊👍.
  
  We humbly request that you kindly take note of a few requirements that we have for all our esteemed members 🙏✨.
  
  As we are blessed to work with the precious little ones, we kindly ask that you provide us with the following documents, so that we may continue to ensure the utmost safety and security for our little angels 👼:
  
  1️⃣ A Criminal Record Check, to help us maintain a safe and secure environment for our cherished little ones 🛡️.
  2️⃣ Your travel insurance number, which can be provided just a few short days prior to your arrival, so that we may rest easy knowing that you are well-protected 🌍🚑.
  3️⃣ An emergency telephone number for your nearest and dearest, so that we may contact them in the event of any unforeseen circumstances 📞❤️.
  4️⃣ And last but not least, your WhatsApp number, so that we may continue to keep you updated on all the magical moments that your little ones will experience during their time with us 📲🌟.

  ***Please be aware that working with children entails more than just the fun of playing with them and experiencing their adorable moments. There are also challenging aspects, such as assisting with diaper changes when they get dirty or helping them in the restroom.***

I'm a tour guide with over 18 years of experience in exploring all of Peru, and I'll personally ensure you make the most of your free time 🗺️😊.
  
  We'll provide helpful advice to all volunteers on navigating Cusco, and we'll make sure you know the fair prices to pay for things 💸👍. Experience an unforgettable immersion into Peruvian culture with us! 🇵🇪🥳

  Help

  We need to create an English environment 🌎 to encourage our students to use the language they're learning, and along the way, help our local teachers practice English too! 🗣️👩‍🏫
  
  We have daily guides and methods, so you'll know exactly what your duties and responsibilities will be. These include: singing songs you've learned before 🎶, playing and supervising games 🎲, helping kids with their meals 🍽️, preparing materials and worksheets for lessons 📚, teaching English using our method 💡, and more as we discover them together!
  
  This position is available from Monday to Friday or just on weekends, giving you time to explore the city 🏙️ and even visit places like Machu Picchu 🏔️ on your days off!
