  • Description

We are a family run hostel with two restaurants (one in Ha Giang and one in Dong Van) and a new tea shop.
We help all kinds of travellers in organizing their Ha Giang Loop: we rent out motorbikes and give all the information necessary and organize tours from our hostel. We are located next to the river in Ha Giang, close to shops, cafes and lots of restaurants. The Ha Giang loop is the highlight of Vietnam for many travellers.

Ann is the hostel manager: super friendly, really helpful and always happy! She knows the Ha Giang loop inside out and she is a great host for both you and the guests. Our staff is really friendly and always laughing, making jokes. They will help you out whenever you need and answer any questions you have regarding the work. Also they can really benefit from your English and you from their Vietnamese. The owner is very welcoming and we try to make everyone feel like part of the family!
We have family lunch (volunteers and staff) and family dinner (volunteers, staff, hostel guests) every day. This is always a fun time where we share food, stories and good laughs. It is a great way to meet local people and fellow travellers.

Our restaurants offer a wide variety of food (local, Vietnamese and Western) and are busy every day. Our tea shop sells lots of types of tea, which you can learn how to make too!

  • Help

The main job is explaining the details about the Ha Giang Loop. It is highly recommended you do the loop before you start the workaway (we can help you plan this!). It is not only an amazing experience, it also makes explaining a lot easier.
We also always need help with general hostel things: doing reception work.
