  Building a relationship based on fairness and mutual trust is essential to us. We're a close-knit family and value our privacy highly, which is why the au pair won't be able to have guests of their own in the house.
  
  We live in Florence, in an area well served by public transport. In your free time, you'll have the chance not only to live in and discover Florence, but also to visit Tuscany, which offers so many wonderful places to explore.
  
  If you're a serious, reliable person who enjoys caring for a cheerful, curious child within a welcoming family, we'd love to hear from you!
  
  We are looking for a serious, punctual, and reliable person with a genuine interest in childcare and proven previous babysitting experience.
  Main responsibilities will include:
  
  - Picking up the child from nursery, respecting agreed times
  - Looking after the child during hours at home (play, meals, daily routine)
  - Light household tasks related to family management (e.g., tidying up, help in the kitchen)
  
  Approximate schedule: the role will mainly involve afternoons, starting from nursery pick-up onward. We will work out the details together based on mutual needs.
  Day off: Sunday.
  
  To build a peaceful cohabitation from the start and avoid misunderstandings, we'd like to share a few points that are essential to us:
  
  - Fairness and reliability in every aspect of living together, including punctuality and prompt communication in case of unforeseen events
  - Respect for family privacy: the au pair is not expected to have guests of their own in the house; we ask for your understanding on this point, as it matters a lot to us
  - Open and honest communication: we prefer to address any doubts or difficulties right away, rather than leaving them unresolved
