Description
We are an Italian couple 100% Vegan who have transformed a piece of Salento into a sustainable living project. While we don't permanently reside on the farm, we're there daily to cultivate, learn, and share this adventure with fellow nature lovers.
We have a plot of land among ancient olive trees and dry stone walls, located in Trepuzzi [approximate area, e.g. 15 minutes from Lecce or near the Adriatic coast]. Time moves slowly here, but you won't lack comforts: we have electricity, WiFi, and water " in total 1,5Ha.
We cultivate: An olive grove, fruit orchard, and 2 organic vegetable gardens (chemical-free, traditional methods) - we not sell any product only used for my family and friends
We care for animals: 1 Horse, 1 donkey, 4 dogs, and a friendly piglet and 3 Turtle
We offer accommodation: A caravan with outdoor space and shared bathroom. We have a caravan with all clean bed linens but u you can use also your Tent.Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
At our little slice of Salento, cultural exchange happens naturally—through shared work, meals, and stories. Here’s what you can expect:
Practice Italian (or our local Salentino dialect!) over garden-fresh meals.
Learn about Puglia’s rural heritage: olive oil making, dry-stone walling, and folk traditions.
🎶 Music & Creativity
we love music have a studio recording and production in another location.
Optional DJ workshops for curious minds (mixing basics, ambient soundscapes).
Cook together using our harvest: vegan recipes meet Salento classics (think orecchiette with wild greens).
Forage for edible plants or learn to preserve tomatoes "like nonna used to."
What You Bring
Your stories, skills, or hobbies
A song, recipe, or tradition from your homeland to share around the fire.
Evenings & Exploration
Movie nights under the stars (documentaries, cult films, or your favorites).
Trips to nearby festivals (from sagre to music events).
We’re not just a farm—we’re a crossroads. Whether you’re teaching us Korean vegan dishes or learning to make ricotta from our neighbour, every day sparks something new.
"Come as a volunteer, leave as family—with dirty hands, full hearts, and a few Italian curse words." 😉Help
