Description
Hello! We opened our place in 2019 in a small and beautiful village called Port Barton, Palawan, Philippines. Port Barton is a charming coastal village with just a few main streets, a beautiful beach and a very special atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows each other, travelers quickly feel at home… and many end up staying much longer than they originally planned!

You will live for a while surrounded by paradisiacal beaches in a small town where everyone knows each other. You will meet people from all over the world with very interesting stories and you will be able to practice languages with them. You will work hand in hand with a team of amazing local people.

We are looking for different profiles. This can be interesting for us:
- PARTY ANIMAL: We are looking for a very social and outgoing person who loves hostel life, meeting people and of course partying! We need someone who helps us to create a good atmosphere between the guests, organize some games, activities, nights out, etc. The most important for us is that you are not shy, you like talking with everyone and you are good at bringing people together. If you are the kind of person who is always making plans and getting everyone to joim, this position is for YOU!
Minimum stay 3 weeks.
YOGA TEACHER / INSTRUCTOR: We are looking for someone who can organize our yoga sesions in the mornings. You don´t need to be a super professional instruvtor but yous should have enough experience to be confortable leading a group and adapting the class to different levels when needed.

SOCIAL MEDIA: We need someone to help us with our instagram and social media. Mainly we need help creating reels, stories, photos and videos showing the hostel, restaurant food and atmosphere, and life in Port Barton. We are looking for someone creative who already knows how to create and edit content.

PHOTOGRAPHER / VIDEOGRAPHER: If youre traveling with your camera, this is for you!!!! We are looking for someone who can help us to make videos and photos of the hostel, restaurant and activities. If you travel with your drone it´s a big plus!!!
Minimum stay: 1 week
HYDROPONIC GARDEN : This is a completely new project for us, we would like to build an hidroponic are for the restaurant were we can farm our lettuces and diferent plants... We need someone who can tell us what system would work best here, what materials we need, what we can grow, help us build it and explain to our team how to take care of it afterwards.
It is very important to be friendly and sociable with customers and give recommendations about things to do here. -
