    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

We organize shared dinners with a "world food" theme and events with a "different regions of Mexico" theme. Living with us means eating traditional dishes, sharing music, passions, and stories. Our motivation is to exchange and create volunteer groups that develop ideas and spend quality time on the ranch (with activities, outings in town, hiking, and horseback riding when there's no audience).

    Here’s what we ask:

    1. Daily tasks (morning & evening)
    - Feed our dog and horses
    - Feed our cat, Tomasito

    2. Occasional tasks (as needed)
    - Driving (only if you have a valid license)
    - Cooking (you’ll cook for yourself — all cuisines are welcome!)
    - Turning on hot water for guests
    - Checking for expired food in the fridge
    - Locking/unlocking the main door and gate
    - Making sure lights are on at night and off during the day
    - Checking toilet paper and refilling water in the morning

    Note:
You’ll need to cook your own meals, but don’t worry — there’s a very cheap local market nearby with everything you need to make something delicious.

Everyone who has stayed with us says it feels just like home ❤️
I'm Diệu writing this, also a volunteer here, from Vietnam, helping the family find more wonderful people to join us. We’d love to hear from you and hopefully welcome you soon!
