Description
Hey there!
We’re a family of 4 living on a 3 acres of land in the countryside near Tortosa (Tarragona Region), surrounded by trees, mountains. Our small off-grid homestead is a peaceful space where we live simply with nature. We’d love to share it with a volunteer who want to be part of that journey.
We are offering a private bedroom, Wi-Fi, aircon, hot water, peaceful nature surroundings with farm animals, only 10 mins from Tortosa.
We are looking for a Female aged around 20–40 years old - childcare experience preferred but not essential. (Hours to be discussed)
Driving is preferred but not essential.
Some light household tasks, and occasional animal care. This is a great chance to connect with our family and a great community of like minded individuals, along with being just 10 minutes from a beautiful small city to then retreat back to tranquility of of being in nature living off grid!
We live close to local communities where markets, events, and cultural exchanges happen regularly — plus there are shops, leisure centres, and amenities nearby for convenience. You get the best of both worlds: peaceful off-grid living with modern comforts not too far away.
My partner Jordan is a hands-on, creative guy with loads of experience in building and DIY, and
I am into yoga, meditation, and learning new things about well-being and holistic practices and cooking.
If you’re looking for a peaceful place to connect with nature, help out, learn new things, and be around like-minded souls — you’re more than welcome here 🌞
If you feel called to this opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
Blessings

Our homestead is a welcoming space where cultures come together naturally. We speak both Spanish and English, so there’s a great opportunity for language exchange — whether you want to practice your Spanish, improve your English, or simply share stories from your own background.
Being close to nearby communities and markets in Tortosa with lots of cultural and historical city means you can experience local traditions, events, and connect with people outside the farm too. We love sharing meals, recipes, and cooking together, which is a wonderful way to explore different cultures and flavors.
Here, cultural exchange is about more than language — it’s about sharing daily life, farming traditions, well-being practices, and learning from each other in a relaxed, family-like environment.Au Pair Help

Help
We’re looking for easy-going, motivated volunteers who enjoy being outdoors and aren’t afraid to get their hands a little dirty. No experience is needed — just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Although of course some experience is helpful in some tasks.
You’ll be helping with things like:
• Land help– trimming trees, cutting grass, and general gardening
• Child Minding ( Interactive play time)
• Basic creative building projects – like making garden beds or animal shelters (any woodwork skills are a bonus, but not required)
• Animal care – feeding and helping with our chickens, ducks, and other animals
• Language exchange – we speak both Spanish and English and love sharing and learning together
We would ask minimum of 2-3 hours of volunteering per day (Week days only)
We’re happy to share our knowledge and support you as you learn — this is a great place to pick up new skills, enjoy nature, and be part of something growing and grounded.Languages
