Our hostel is the place to be in La Serena. As is made clear from our name, we are a party hostel with music and a great social vibe every day. It is all about sharing time and having fun with fellow travellers. It is the perfect place to learn about each other adventures while enjoying a beer or pisco sour.
We can accommodate 6 workawayers at a time.
There are different shifts.
Morning (8.00 - 13.00): Serving breakfast, making beds, cleaning rooms.
Afternoon (10.00 -15.00): Making beds, cleaning bathrooms, guarding reception during lunch, different tasks.
Evening (19.00 - 0.00): General cleaning, bar tending, taking off trash.
We ask you to stay for at least two weeks of which you would have to work 5 days.
( 2 weeks is the minimum and depends of the performance of each one if you can stay longer.)
We are looking for workawayers to help us create a great vibe in the hostel, to talk with guests, give them tips, play some games, and have loads of fun! We like to share experiences, from cooking meals and stargazing in the valley to going to the beach and dressing up.
We ask our workawayers to speak some English and some Spanish, to be able to communicate with everyone.
We are a relatively new hostel, so open for any suggestions our workawayers might have. Furthermore, there is loads of room to organise activities, paint walls, play music, whatever one might like.

The hostel is located right in the historical center of La Serena. The city is not only the capital of the region, it is also one of the oldest and most touristic cities in Chile. It is famous for its colonial architecture. The city is located between the Pacific Ocean, with beautiful beaches to swim and crazy waves, and the Elqui Valley, famous for its pisco and the clear skies. At night the stars come out, and in one of the many observatories you can see millions of stars and some planets. Close by is Isla Damas, a natural reserve where you can see pinguins, dolpines and sometimes even whales.
