    ***please message host in Spanish

We are raising, creating, putting together a new “bio-space” in the wallmapu (Earth), that is to say, a refuge of biodiversity, a space in which we can sustain ourselves and live in harmony with the beings of nature. We are starting, therefore, we need a lot of enthusiasm and willingness to live in a rustic environment full of new experiences. Previously, we have already worked in collaboration with other “biospaces”, so motivations arise to protect, recover and maintain this sacred space where the wind whispers. It is a terrain with hills, parts with meadows and other majority with forest with gorges that limit with estuaries. The land also has springs of slopes, the area is characterized by being quite rainy, so it is recommended to bring rain gear and the activities can be modified depending on the climatic condition.

We project ourselves day by day, forming a demonstrative educational farm where the integration of the human being into the natural cycle of life is expressed and manifested.

We live in a mountainous terrain, with slopes, in addition to not having all the comforts, such as: we have to charge cell phones with solar energy, we have to share WIFI. Therefore, it is important to take care of and efficiently manage energy so that it reaches everyone.
We draw water to drink from the spring and collect rainwater to wash, we have a dry bathroom, the shower is with cold water (or heating water with a pot on the stove).
Here we do not have great luxuries and we lead a simple life ... the main thing we need are volunteers who come with will, disposition, positive vibes, enthusiasts, etc ... who respect and love Mother Earth.

    Not closed-minded people.
Not "poop-phobic", neither to yours nor to that of animals.
    Not master plant phobic people.

No personas fóbicas a plantas maestras.

Being in a natural isolated place, surrounded by native forest, in a land with hills, being able to feel the talk and immense power of the wind coming from the Pacific Ocean that tells you what course to follow. You manage to reach inner silence, getting the connection with the ancestral roots of the Earth; As a traveler, you feel and recognize the message that you must convey through the places you walk.
Also, being in a space far from the city and with greater natural contact, contributes to your personal and spiritual development.

The field is wonderful, putting us to the test every day, it makes us occupy the cunning and intelligence, solving problems of life, solved practically, improvising with the tools that you have. It is here in the field where the engineers of life are. You feel satisfaction and happiness when contemplating that in the work that you helped, it is useful, it is useful and that you contributed to solve what was a problem.

You will also learn in each the tasks that you will perform to interpret and know the cycles of nature (both in the stages of the forest and in the lunar cycles in their influence on sowing).
We are also willing to receive contributions and make intercultural changes, whether you want to share some trade, art, language, therapy, medicine, life knowledge ...
Our idea is to share knowledge so that it becomes wisdom and transcends to other levels ... achieve changes in practice and join forces among those of us who are in it ... living in harmony with nature, respecting their seasonal cycles.

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation

To accommodate we have a small shelter (house-home), which is shared with other volunteers. We provide a bed with sheets and some blankets, however, it is better that you sleep in your sleeping bag for reasons of hygiene and cleanliness of the home.
If you don't have a sleeping bag, we can also lend you a sleeping bag.
Please leave the bed clean and made when you retire, just as it was when you arrived.

Or if you want to camp, we also have space enabled, and it is the best, since it is more intimate, comfortable and independent. Of course respecting and taking care of the place.

In general, we try to live a rustic life comfortably, trying to make do with what we have in order to make life more pleasant and better accommodate work, especially physical effort, the idea is to take care of our health, which is the main thing to be happy.
It's all simple, without much luxury or automation... just food, which we try to make this our medicine and medicine our food, as the ancients said. In addition, it is beautiful to give dedication and love in each meal that we prepare.

If the-the volunteer is enthusiastic, proactive, encouraged, collaborative, etc... we can include full food with the resources we have...

We eat varied, nutritious and also binge on occasions.
Some foods: vegetables and fruits, legumes, eggs, cereals, seeds, meat and fish on occasion, white and whole wheat bread, sunflower and olive oil, sea salt, homemade products, jams, cakes and homemade pastries, etc.. We live in a small town in the South, where there is no big market, just small stores that sell whole foods and it is much more expensive than the food we can buy in bulk and in season. Therefore, we ask for some conscious contribution in the way in which it is possible, either arriving with PERISHABLE FOOD from the town (complementary to what is in the house) and TOILET PAPER; or, leaving some economic contribution to join forces for future purchases. THIS LAST POINT IS FULLY TALKABLE DEPENDING ON THE MOTIVATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF EACH VOLUNTEER.

Rest days are previously discussed and do NOT include food or maintenance. Since we encourage going out to explore the surroundings of the area.

    ____
