About us & our project – Agroturism Șesuri 151

Hello! We are a romanian family with two young children. We took over a small farm with a tourism project few years ago and are currently building it up. We have goats, cats, a dog and chickens living here.
We offer you an own small house with a bathroom and kitchen on the farm, fully and modernly equipped.

Our place is a traditional countryside household surrounded by nature, hills, gardens and fruit trees. The project was created from a passion for rural life, sustainability and meaningful human connections. We aim to offer guests an authentic experience of village life, close to nature and local traditions.

***We’re already starting to plan for the summer!
If you can imagine supporting us with the animals and children during the months of My, June, July, August, and September, send us a message!

We aim to offer guests an authentic experience of village life, close to nature and local traditions.

This is a perfect place for people who enjoy nature, simple living, learning new skills and contributing to a growing agrotourism project.

We are open-minded, friendly and happy to share stories, meals and experiences together. We value respect, good energy and a positive attitude more than previous experience.

If you are looking for a meaningful stay in the Romanian countryside and want to be part of a small but passionate project, you are very welcome at Agroturism Șesuri 151!

    Accommodation

We offer a fully independent, traditional guest house for our volunteers. You will have the entire house to yourselves, which is fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay. It includes a private bathroom and a full kitchen where you can prepare your meals (though we occasionally share the space, it is primarily yours to enjoy).

Despite our serene, rural location in the hamlet of Șesuri, we provide modern amenities to keep you connected. The house is equipped with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and a TV with streaming services (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), making it ideal for those who may need to work remotely or enjoy a movie after a day in the garden.

You will experience the best of both worlds: the authentic 'slow living' of a mountain village at 500m altitude, combined with the comfort of a modern home. It’s a peaceful retreat where you can find your roots without giving up on essential modern comforts.

We can provide access to electricity, fresh water, and the guest house facilities (bathroom/kitchen). Important note about access: We are located in a genuine mountain hamlet at 500m altitude. The climb up to the property can be a bit challenging/steep for some vehicles. However, it is manageable with a bit of care, and we are always here to help or guide you through the final stretch. Once you reach the top, the peace and the view make it all worth it!

    Can possibly accept pets

We are pet-friendly! Since we have a large open space and we love animals, your well-behaved furry friends are more than welcome to join you. However, please keep in mind that we are in a rural setting with local wildlife and neighbors' livestock nearby, so your pet should be friendly and under control. We have plenty of room for them to run around and enjoy the fresh air of the hamlet.
