We have an old organic farm in Denmark just outside Aarhus. Some of the land is made in to small lots, where people from the city have an organic garden, but we are also working on planting fruit trees and walnuts, so there is some farmwork. We are also renovating the farm, so maintenance and construction is also possibilities. You will do a lot of different work and it also depends on, what you would like to do or learn.
We live in a very beautiful area, but with very easy access to Aarhus the second biggest city in Denmark and cultural capital of Europe 2017. So you will live in the countryside with all the benefits of the big city near by.
We have room for one at a time, a couple or friends that can share a room.
Our family is two adults and three children (4, 7 and 16) who loves our house and garden, travelling and meeting people. We both work as high school / college teachers.

You will be living in your own floor of the house with 1½ room, your own bathroom and own entrance. The house is non-smoking, but if you have the habit, you can smoke outside.
We have always traveled a lot, and love to meet other people and also swap houses for travelling, but we think that is now time for us to host people travelling and at the same time get some overdue work done :-)
We have bikes and mountainbikes you can borrow to go to the woods or to Aarhus, or you can just take the citybus and go to the movies or any other of the many cultural events in Aarhus.
