Description
Welcome to a creative cultural space near the beach in Tuy Hoa, Vietnam.
We are an art gallery, bar and social venue where locals, travelers, artists and expats come together through events, workshops and community activities.
We regularly host:
- live music nights
- art exhibitions
- creative workshops
- trivia and social nights
- language exchanges
- community events
- collaborative art projects
Some activities happen inside the cafe, while others take place outside, coffee shops and community spaces around the city.
Our goal is to create an open and creative environment where people can share ideas, learn new skills and experience a different side of Vietnam beyond the usual tourist route.
The atmosphere here is social, relaxed and creative, ideal for people who enjoy community life, cultural projects and meeting people from different backgrounds.
This experience is great for people interested in:
-event organization
- hospitality and social spaces
- community projects
- creative workshops
- working with children and adults
- art and cultural activities
- social media and content creation
Volunteers gain hands-on experience helping in a real cultural venue while becoming part of daily life in a smaller Vietnamese coastal city.
You’ll work with both Vietnamese and international people, participate in events and connect with artists, travelers, creatives and locals who regularly visit us.
This is not a rigid job, every week is a little different depending on the projects and events happening in the space.
A lot of the time you are expected to contribute with little guidance, we are a little disorganized, sometimes fail to give complete instructions, sometimes we expect you to solve the problems on your own. You are given a lot of autonomy :) -

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We are best suited for people who are:
-social and open-minded
- independent and adaptable
- interested in creativity and community
- comfortable in shared spaces
- happy working with different kinds of people
Tuy Hoa is a relaxed coastal city with beaches, coffe shops and a much slower rhythm than Vietnam’s larger tourist destinations.
Many volunteers enjoy staying here because it offers a more local and authentic experience while still having an active international and creative community.
If you are looking for a quiet retreat or highly structured work, this may not be the best fit.
But if you enjoy creative environments, community projects and social energy, you’ll probably feel very at home here. -

What else ...
Tuy Hòa is a relaxed coastal city with plenty of natural and cultural spots to explore in your free time.
As a volunteer, you’ll have the chance to:
Visit waterfalls and scenic spots - this area is full of beautiful places, and we’re happy to guide you or give travel tips.
Go on hikes - there are some really nice spots around that we can recommend.
Explore cultural sites - temples, local markets, and historical landmarks offer a deeper look into Vietnamese culture.
Chill in cozy cafés - Tuy Hòa is full of them - perfect for reading, working on creative projects, or just slowing down.
Enjoy the beach - long, quiet stretches ideal for morning swims or sunset walks (just 2 minutes by scooter or about 10 minutes on foot from where you’ll stay).
Work on personal projects - this isn’t just a place for guests, it’s a space for you too. Whether it’s art, writing, crafts, or anything else, you’re encouraged to use the environment creatively.
We also often organize beach bonfires, BBQs, and night swims with bioluminescent plankton - which is pretty magical.
This experience isn’t just about work, it’s about immersing yourself in a new culture, enjoying the local vibe, and being part of a creative, social community.
