    We offer a serene and creative space for those passionate about ceramics and teaching. As a volunteer or ceramic teacher, you’ll be key in guiding our workshop and retreat guests, sharing your skills, and fostering a memorable experience. This falls under a structured program called Ceramic Teaching Residency at our pottery studio.

    What We Offer:

    Comfortable accommodation
    Delicious, home-cooked meals during your stay
    Interaction with guests and exposure to other cultures

    Full access to our studio and high-quality materials to pursue your ceramic projects. While materials and tools are free to use, you can fire your pieces at INR100 per 100 grams of weight of your piece.

    We’re looking for volunteers who are enthusiastic about teaching and interacting with people.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Teaching ceramics to workshop and retreat guests.
    Supporting and inspiring guests in their creative journey.
    Maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

    Work Schedule

    Your day will run from 11 AM to 6 PM, leaving plenty of time to explore your creativity or unwind on our beautiful farm.

    You'll be staying at the villa itself, in a private bedroom which is air-conditioned and has a storage rack for your clothes and belongings. Vegetarian meals are part of the agreement, shared in the common kitchen with the staff.

    Most of the staff on the farm work from 8 AM to 5 PM, so you can spend 4-5 hours working with them on your duties.
    You can visit the city as and when you like. There is a lot of interesting architecture in Chandigarh, which was designed by the French architect Le Corbusier.
