Beyond the hostel, Koh Phangan offers stunning beaches, lush mountains, water sports, and cultural exploration. We have 7 local paid staff for cleaning, maintenance and a manager. Volunteers at our hostel can gain a diverse range of skills and experiences. They develop strong communication and interpersonal abilities by connecting with guests from diverse backgrounds. Practical hostel management skills, including guest services and event coordination, are acquired, along with teamwork and empathy. They can learn how to make cocktails. Those interested in marketing can enhance their digital marketing skills. Overall, volunteering here offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth in a vibrant and welcoming environment.
Help
Guest Assistance: Volunteers will assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our guests. This includes providing information about the hostel's facilities and services. We value a warm and friendly atmosphere, and volunteers play a crucial role in maintaining this environment. Interacting with guests, socializing, and making everyone feel at home is a top priority. Keeping the place clean (especially when the housekeeping staff are gone) is also important.
Online Communication: If you possess Internet and marketing skills, we welcome your assistance in managing our online presence such as Instagram and Facebook.

Accommodation
AC dorm with other volunteers. We can have around 10 volunteers depending on the situation. During full moon you might need to move to another room with Air Conditioner for 3-4 days depending on the occupancy of the hostel. We will provide breakfast and even more to make them feel like home.

During their off time, volunteers have the opportunity to explore the enchanting island of Koh Phangan and immerse themselves in its diverse offerings. They can discover the island's temples, venture into the lush mountains, chase waterfalls hidden in the tropical jungle, and bask in the sun on its beautiful beaches. For the adventurous, there's diving, snorkeling, wakeboarding, kite surfing and Muay Thai gyms to try out. Volunteers can also explore the island's cultural heritage by visiting temples and engaging with local communities. If seeking tranquility, Koh Phangan offers a spiritual and mindful environment ideal for yoga and meditation. Whether it's adrenaline-pumping adventures or serene moments by the beach, there's something for everyone to enjoy during their off time on this captivating island. Shifts are 5 hours a day, 5 days a week and couples or friends might have different shift hours or days off.
