Hi! My name is Chloe, and I am a college student studying in the US. My focus is on environmental and agricultural studies as well as French and Spanish. I am half French/half American.
In my free time I enjoy making crafts, for example this winter learned how to knit socks, and in summer I crocheted bikinis for my friends. On the weekends I volunteer at the organic community garden in my city, and my favorite way to eat vegetables is raw. An ideal vacation for me involves going to the beach, where you can watch both the people and the fish!

I have been an English teacher at a middle school, a foreign language au pair, and a university French tutor, all of which I would happily do again. I always prefer to learn a language by talking with people rather than in a classroom setting.

I have three years of experience in the service industry as a server, one year of english teaching, and most recently, my current job, one year in the nonprofit sector working at the front desk of my city's YMCA. I have experience working on fences, house repairs, and wood structures from growing up with a DIY mom, and some knowledge of farming from my time at the community garden. In general I am competent and can do any household task or chores, and I love animals. I also can make knit/crochet clothes and sew basic patches or mending.

J'ai réalisé plusieurs projets de réparation de maisons et de clôtures en bois avec ma mere, et j'ai des connaissances en jardinage grâce à mon travail à la ferme urbaine. Généralement je suis une personne capable, je peux faire n'importe quelle tâche de ménage ou de jardinage, et j'adore les animaux. De plus je sais crocheter ou tricoter des vêtements, et j'ai des compétences de base en couture.

What else ...
In my city I like to go on bike rides along the river, cook feasts with my roommates, and pretend to read books on the university campus while really people-watching. In a new city I like to visit the farmer's market and flea market. If you are board game fans I am always willing to play, and I always carry a deck of cards in my purse.
Quand je suis dans ma ville, j'aime rouler à velo au long de la rivière, préparer des festins avec mes colocataires, et faire semblant de lire un livre sur le campus de la faculté qu'en réalité je regarde les gens qui passent. Dans une nouvelle ville la première chose que je fais est d'aller au marché et au marché aux puces. Si vous êtes fans de jeux de société, je suis toujours partante de faire une partie, et j'ai toujours un jeux de cartes dans mon sac à main.
