Description
Hello, we are Andrés and María, we are looking for travelers to help us with the tasks of our farm and house, who have some skills to maintain the orchard, gardens, cooking and construction or who are willing to learn. We live in an old property that we are restoring in our free time. Always seeking to harmonize the environment and place, we work to recover the landscape ecologically and sustainably, completing various painting, recycling and construction tasks. Also maintenance and care of gardens to attract pollinators, insects, birds and other free animals. Our spaces are for sharing and contemplating nature. We try to care for and grow our own food in an ecological way in our garden and greenhouse. We share our lives, in this quiet environment, 50 meters from a natural park, with our pets: a cat and a dog.
Hola, somos Andrés y María, buscamos viajeros que nos ayuden en las tareas de nuestra finca y casa, que cuenten con algunas habilidades para mantener el huerto, jardines, cocina y construcción o que estén dispuestos a aprender. Vivimos en una antigua propiedad que en nuestro tiempo libre estamos restaurando.
Siempre buscando armonizar el entorno y lugar, trabajamos para recuperar el paisaje en ecológico y sosteniblemente, completamos con diversas tareas de pintura, reciclaje y construcción. También mantenimiento y cuidado de jardines para atraer polinizadores, insectos, aves y otros animales libres. Nuestros espacios son para compartir y contemplar la naturaleza. Intentamos cuidar y cultivar nuestro propio alimento de forma ecológica en nuestro huerto e invernadero.
Compartimos nuestras vidas, en este tranquilo entorno, a 50 metros de un parque natural, con nuestras mascotas: un gato y una perra. -

We love music and painting, we practice photography as amateurs, we are interested in cooking, horticulture and language exchanges. In our free time we could show some of the history, traditions and gastronomy of our city and its surroundings. We offer a safe and quiet environment to stay. This place is a farm with different spaces, in the countryside, where we can listen to the singing of free birds and enjoy nature. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes for walking and climbing. 20 minutes from Granada, a city with places of great historical interest, museums, theaters, shops, events, pubs and restaurants. We are also less than 45 minutes from the Sierra Nevada mountains and beaches on the Andalusian coast such as Motril, Almuñécar, Salobreña,.... The area has many opportunities for day trips! We are open to the exchange of ideas and knowledge brought to us by creative travelers who want to contribute, to enrich and shape our life project in harmony with nature.
Nos encanta la musica y la pintura, practícanos la fotografía como aficionados, nos interesan intercambios de cocina, horticultura e idiomas. En nuestros tiempo libre podríamos mostrar algo de la historia, tradiciones y gastronomía de nuestra ciudad y sus alrededores. Ofrecemos un entorno seguro y tranquilo donde quedarse. Este lugar es una finca con diferentes espacios, en el campo, donde podemos escuchar el canto de los pájaros libres y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Rodeado de bellos paisajes para caminar y escalar. A 20 minutos de Granada, ciudad con lugares de gran interés histórico, museos, teatros, tiendas, eventos, pubs y restaurante. Estamos ademas a menos de 45 min de las montañas de Sierra Nevada y de playas de la costa andaluza como Motril, Almuñécar, Salobreña,.... La zona cuenta con muchas oportunidades para realizar excursiones de un dia! Estamos abiertos al intercambio de ideas y conocimientos que nos traígan los viajeros creativos y con ganas de aportar, para enriquecer y moldear nuestro proyecto de vida en armonía con la naturaleza. -
Help
We are looking for a traveling couple who can help us, who have gardening, gardening, DIY and construction skills. It would be an advantage for the project if they knew how to cook, it would be very helpful if they would share their recipes with us at home and help us expand our culinary knowledge. The tasks are varied depending on the season of the year, from the care and maintenance of the vineyard and fruit trees, grape picking, organic wine making, and work in the orchard. At home we prepare our own wine manually and by hand and we try to grow our own food as much as possible, for this we need help. We would work on the restoration and care of the soil using different techniques that we have experienced. Manufacture of ecological and natural compost, using the organic matter produced on site. Collection and germination of seeds for the cultivation of our vegetables and edible flowers. People are required who have great respect for nature, our pets and teamwork.
Estamos buscando viajeros que puedan ayudarnos, que cuenten con habilidades para trabajar el huerto, jardinería, bricolaje y construcción. Sería una ventaja para el proyecto que supieran cocinar, de gran ayuda si compartieran sus recetas con nosotros en casa y nos ayudaran a ampliar nuestros conocimientos culinarios. Las tareas son variadas dependiendo de la temporada del año, desde los cuidados y mantenimiento de la viña y frutales, recogida de la uva, fabricación de vino ecológico, trabajo en el huerto. En casa preparamos nuestro propio vino de forma manual y artesanal e intentamos cultivar en lo posible nuestros propios alimentos, para ello necesitamos ayuda. Trabajaríamos en la restauración y cuidados del suelo por medio de distintas técnicas que estamos experimentado. Fabricación de compost ecológico y natural, con aprovechamiento de la materia orgánica producida en el lugar. Recolección y germinado de semillas para el cultivo de nuestras hortalizas y flores comestibles.
Se requieren personas que cuenten con un gran respeto por la naturaleza, nuestras mascotas y el trabajo en equipo. -

El trabajo fue muy divertido. Escardamos la hierba y limpiamos, plantamos y rastrillamos, pintamos muebles así como nuestro propio mural. Mientras tanto aprendimos mucho sobre jardinería orgánica y la flora y fauna de Granada y Andalucía.
