Hey! My name is Angus, and I am 26 years old. Though I am originally from the UK, I have spent the last years abroad: first travelling across Europe and Asia, and then for the last three years living in southern Sweden, where I completed my master's degree in Human Ecology. I am interested in radical politics, social and environmental justice, and alternative ways of living. I enjoy reading, learning and expanding my horizons. I also love exploring: I have cycled and wildcamped around Iceland, motorbiked around India, and hitchhiked from Kyrgyzstan to the UK. I like the feeling of challenging myself and getting out of my comfort zone, as well as meeting new people and learning about their lives.

I like to think I have an open mind, and I’m excited to meet new people, exchange worldviews and challenge my own assumptions. I’m capable of working independently and am very good at taking instructions, and I think I'm a very responsible and reliable person. I’m a fast learner and like learning new skills and languages. I enjoy hands-on, physical work, as well as engaging my mind in more complicated tasks. I think I have good communication skills, and I have experience in customer service, as well as teaching. Angus helped me teaching my class for 10 days! He is very talented and helpful guy , I felt him as a member of my family:) Even he helped me on my house chores except teaching. I showed him Uzbek traditions and lifestyle!

It's hard to give more than you get staying at Andrei's. The view is incredible, the accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and he and his family are friendly and welcoming.
