Hello! I'm Jorge. I'm from an island in southern Chile called Chiloé. I'm starting my new adventure in New Zealand and it's a dream come true. Before I decided to jump into the unkown, I worked in the social area for the local council for several years. I did biotechnology at uni but working with people was a call.
I'm a quiet guy, who loves the countryside lifestyle (I live in a yurt by the bush back at home) but I'm curious about cities. I love animals and nature. I enjoy cooking, specially vegetarian and vegan food.
I belong to the LGBTQ community so I apreciate open-minded souls.

Professionally I have a lot of experience working with people specially orientated to costumer service and social work.
Working in my own property I have learned to grow food, gardening and general maintanace skills. I know some basics on permaculture and organic gardens. I have a real passion for animals, specially pets. I have volontured an animal rescue ong for several years, so I'm really good with dogs and cats.
