I am from Portugal, but also lived in Canada for 21 years.
I enjoy meeting new people for friendships and help others find their happiness.
I have been volunteering for years as I find meaning in contributing to society and people develop their consciousness for a better world.
In Canada I volunteered at a nursing home every Saturday for 4 hours providing support to elderly people. I also helped serving food to homeless people every Sunday for 6 hours

I started my professional life as a teacher for several years in Portugal.
I was an administrator/ manager / directo for several health facilities including health centers, cancer center and hospitals in Portugal.
I lived in Canada for 10 years and was a Financial Planner for personal and business clients.
I plan, organize, communicate, teach in several institutions and I volunteered for several organizations in Portugal, Canada and Cape Verde.

I like to do yoga (since I was 24 years), meditate, bike, walk trails (if not too high because afraid of heights), read, travel around the world and help others, write, participate in group activities organize, clean houses, plan for daily expenses, take care of people.
