    Description

Our farm in Uganda is an expansive 5,000-acre agricultural project located in the Kapelebyong district, strategically positioned near the Karamoja region. Our mission is to harness the potential of this fertile land to create a sustainable and diverse farming enterprise.

At the core of our operations are three main ventures:

Cattle Ranching: We are establishing a large-scale cattle farm, focusing on healthy and sustainable livestock rearing.

Aquaculture: Our plans include a modern fish farm designed to produce high-quality fish for local and regional markets.

Horticulture: We are also developing fruit farms, cultivating species that thrive in the local climate to supply fresh produce.

We believe our story of growth, sustainability, and community impact is one worth telling. To help us capture this journey, we invite a creative and adventurous videographer to come and join our team on-site. This is a unique opportunity to document the creation of a landmark agricultural project in the heart of Uganda.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

We offer more than just a stay; we provide an immersive, hands-on experience for guests who want to learn, contribute, and connect with the land. Situated on 5,000 acres in the Kapelebyong district, our farm is the perfect classroom for aspiring farmers and cultural enthusiasts.

Here’s how you can get involved and what you can learn during your stay with us:

Learn How to Establish a New Farm from Scratch
Forget theory. Here, you'll witness and participate in the real-world process of building a large-scale agricultural enterprise from the ground up. You'll learn about land surveying, infrastructure planning, resource allocation, and the strategic decision-making involved in launching a massive farm.

Master the Art of Starting a Fish Farm
Join our aquaculture team as they establish our fish ponds. You will gain practical, step-by-step knowledge in:

    Pond design and construction.

Selecting the right fish species (like tilapia or catfish).

Water quality management and sustainable feeding practices.

Transform Land and See It Thrive
A unique skill you can learn with us is the transformation of non-arable land into productive, arable soil. Our location near the Karamoja region presents unique challenges and opportunities. You'll learn about soil testing, irrigation techniques, and the use of organic matter and local methods to improve soil fertility and bring barren land to life.

Immerse Yourself in Local Ugandan Culture
Our farm is located at a cultural crossroads. You'll have the unique opportunity to interact with the local Iteso and neighboring Karamojong communities. This is a chance to learn about their rich traditions, ceremonies, and their deep connection to the land and their livestock, offering an authentic cultural experience far from the usual tourist trails.

Learn Modern and Traditional Livestock Farming
Work alongside our herdsmen and learn the best practices for sheep and cattle farming. You'll gain experience in:

    Managing large herds of cattle.

Understanding local breeds and their unique advantages.

Daily animal husbandry, including feeding, health checks, and sustainable grazing techniques.
