🌸 Hello, I’m Federica, 36 years old, and after years of hard work and deep reflection, I decided to take a gap year to travel and live new and inspiring experiences. My goal is to make the most of everything that can enrich me personally and spiritually during my personal journey. I would like to improve my English to have more professional opportunities and learn everything I can about permaculture, construction, ecology, recycling, agriculture, gardening, and sustainability. I love nature, the ocean, animals, and tranquility. I am deeply interested in spiritual topics, curious to learn more about Buddhism, and eager to learn more about yoga and meditation, which I practice daily.

I’m Italian, but I’ve been living in Spain for five and a half years. Professionally, I am a professional educator with six years of experience working with minors, people with disabilities, and in the field of psychiatry. During my time in Spain, I specialized in patient care at a fertility and assisted reproduction clinic, where I gained incredible experience in the medical field, particularly in gynecology and fertility for women and couples.

As a person, I’m curious, honest, sensible, empathetic, and supportive; very independent, proactive, and determined. I enjoy solitude and dedicating time and space to myself, but I also love sharing. I am open to new challenges and eager to learn. I adapt easily, am resilient, and most importantly, I am excited to face everything I still don’t know. I love everything outdoors. I also adore art, street art, and music. I’m passionate about van life, sleeping under the stars, and camping in wild and unknown places. I really enjoy walking, hiking, ceramics, painting, and all kinds of crafts.

I’m learning to surf, although for now, I’m just drinking a lot of water 😂 I love listening to life stories, exploring different cultures, and meeting people of all ages. I like reading, listening to podcasts on psychological topics, cooking, and eating 😂 I’m an organized person who enjoys order and cleanliness. I also have experience in domestic tasks, such as being a waitress and barista. If there is an opportunity for paid work, I am definitely interested.

On this journey, I hope to meet welcoming people, free and pure souls, humble and sincere individuals who are patient with my still-limited English and with whom I can share quality time. I hope we can help each other with our goals and create unforgettable memories! 🫶🏽🌸
