¡Hola! Soy Federica, italiana de 37 años. Después de años trabajando en el ámbito social y médico, decidí tomarme un año sabático para viajar, aprender y crecer a nivel personal y espiritual. Acabo de volver de Australia y ahora viajo en mi pequeña furgoneta por España, donde vivo desde 6 años, explorando nuevos lugares y buscando experiencias que me acerquen a una vida más consciente y conectada con la naturaleza. Me apasionan temas como la sostenibilidad, la permacultura, el yoga, la espiritualidad, la vida simple, el arte y el mar. Práctico meditación estoy aprendiendo yoga y disfruto de la tranquilidad, pero también de compartir con personas auténticas y con valores. Tengo experiencia como educadora social, atención al paciente en clínica de fertilidad, y también trabajó como camarera y barista. Soy organizada, proactiva, respetuosa, muy independiente y siempre con ganas de aprender. Me interesa mejorar mi inglés, conectarme con gente linda y seguir creciendo a través de nuevas experiencias. Estoy abierta a distintos tipos de ayuda: jardinería, cuidado de niños, cocina, tareas domésticas, arte, proyectos sostenibles, construcción, etc.
