We are three people working towards a self-sufficient organic lifestyle and native habitat regeneration on a beautiful bush property 35 minutes from Hobart. One of us is a freelancer in the social services; one is a retired meteorologist; and one is a retired organic farmer. We are all politically engaged and well-traveled, and two of us enjoy practicing our French and Spanish.

We offer a lovely self-contained cottage with full cooking facilities, bath and shower, and (very clean) outdoor composting toilet, as well as hearty vegetarian meals sourced from our garden and our chickens. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed, as well as two fold-up single beds that can be put up in the lounge room.
