Description
Our passion is sharing local culture and our way of life.
Our family farm is located near Chicoana, in the Lerma Valley, an area strongly connected to tobacco plantations, horses and Gaucho traditions.
We live and work on a horse farm where we organise horse-riding excursions of different durations, from half-day rides to multi-day experiences. These rides allow our guests to discover the landscape, rural life and the traditions of northern Argentina. We also enjoy sharing traditional meals, such as Argentine asados, and spending time together as a family.
For us, the most important part of hosting volunteers is cultural exchange. We value respectful, open-minded and friendly people who enjoy living in a rural environment and sharing daily life with others. Speaking different languages is appreciated, as we often receive international guests.
Volunteers help with general daily activities on the farm and family life, such as welcoming guests, sharing meals, light help in the kitchen, and general assistance during excursions or around the property. Volunteers are not expected to replace paid staff, but to take part in an exchange, learning about horses, riding, countryside life and Gaucho culture.
Volunteers are hosted in private rooms with a bathroom and are provided with all meals. In return, they have the opportunity to experience life on a working horse farm, surrounded by nature, animals and a warm, friendly and relaxed family atmosphere.

We have been working with volunteers for many years; our guests come from the four corners of the world and we need your help to look after them and to translate for the local staff and for Enrique; the owner.

Help
As mentioned above, we are mainly looking for help with general daily activities related to family life and the farm. This includes welcoming guests, supporting communication with foreign visitors, sharing daily routines and helping where needed around the ranch.
There is also the opportunity to spend time with the horses and take part in riding activities, depending on experience and interest. No specific professional skills are required; a positive attitude, willingness to help and interest in rural life are what matter most.
