We are a retired farming couple who just can't stop gardening and fruit growing. We live on the banks of the Mary River on really good growing soil but at the same time the property is only 15 minutes walk from the Maryborough CBD.
Maryborough is an old town with many historic buildings. It is also very close to the the world heritage Fraser Island.
Rhonda and Peter are keen sailors and often go to Fraser Island and sleep on a boat for up to a week. volunteers who worked with us for a while might like to sail to Fraser Island with us. The sailing trip to Fraser Island is in sheltered waters.(but things can still go wrong!)
We grow mango, pittaya. jakfruit, pawpaw, custard apple and much more.
We are available for the rest of June and up to the 15th of July
