Meditation, urban culture, social dances, sports (cycling, running, yoga, dance, ping-pong), information technology, healthy digital nomad life, learning languages, along with environment. The aim is to develop a multi-purpose blissful community space,
Help
The year 2024-2025 cab be very special.
April + May: Lots of seed and seedling planting, tree planting ceremonies. With primarily volunteers who come individually.
July + August: as smaller groups of up to 12 people will/can come, and you can also join us for a summer festival (Valley of Arts - Kapolcs). Between 21 and 30 July (2-5 nights).
My main intention is to establish an orchard with different fruit trees and bushes. I want to conserve the old varieties of apples and pears. And create areas of native and exotic trees too.
I have been volunteering regularly since 2017, so I have a lot of experience. Volunteers have been coming to me since April 2018. Since 2009, we have also hosted many travelers.
Build a greenhouse/walipini, planting more and more vegetables as well. For example: red onion, garlic, beans, peas, pumpkin, tomato, cucumber, eggplant, parsley, lemon grass, basil, aloe, fennel and carrots etc. We practice Permaculture. Chemical-free crops - health of soils, making compost, underground rainwater storage, cistern.
The main goal is self-development, learning (more&more science), not the rigorous performance. Help time is flexible, summertime: ~7:00-10:00 + ~18:00-20:00 (four-five hours per day, 1-2-3-4 days totally free per week).Languages

When we were young, we learned Russian before 1990, but we forgot it. After that, my destiny would have been to learn Spanish from 1991, but I have only been learning Spanish since 2017. I have been learning German since 2013. I spoke a lot of English in connection with my work in tourism, so that's how it goes. My knowledge of French is minimal, but I understand a few things.Accommodation
Bedroom, sleeping gallery, camper and tent
What else ...
In the area of Zalaegerszeg-Hévíz (thermal lake, spa, pools and old forests). Nagykanizsa is a commercial / cultural centre. The peaceful atmosphere, the healing thermal water of the spa Bük, Sárvár, Kehidakustány, Hévíz, Lenti, (Lendava-Lendva Slovenien) etc, tourist- and holiday resorts draws close to a million visitors each year. Keszthely (Festetics Palace, Lake Balaton) and Hévíz are 30 kilometres away. Small museums, universities, cultural events, great libraries and sights to visit. There are many streams and lakes here. Forests etc.
A little more information
Internet access
Limited internet access
We have pets
We are smokers
Can host families
Can host digital nomads
For now, I have a subscription to a cheaper, slower internet, but this can be changed to faster packages upon request.
Space for parking camper vans
There is room for all normal-sized motorhomes. There has also been a 13-ton camper van here, but it is very special, so I do not recommend it.
Can possibly accept pets
Only well-behaved and calm dogs can come here. A wilder or smaller dog can cause a lot of damage (physical and mental).
How many Workawayers can stay?
More than two
Feedback (1)
