    Description

We are an animal welfare organisation. We have a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) project at the University of the Western Cape. We also run a cat sanctuary on our farm in Grabouw, Western Cape. We take in stray cats and also dogs which we rehome or provide care for life. We also assist farmworkers with sterilizing their pets and educate and advise farmers and others about humane feral cat management.

We have 4 full-time staff - 1 at UWC and 3 at the farm. A full-time volunteer and 2 other volunteers also live at the cat sanctuary on the farm.

We are in the process of creating gardens and renovating buildings. We want to rent them out for self catering accommodation and small events. We also plan to set up a Cat Cafe on site. Future plans including building a cattery for special needs and elderly cats, as well as a veterinary primary healthcare and sterilisation clinic. We thus need animal lovers who can help us achieve these dreams to come and visit us.
