  Hello everyone, I have to arrange my house so that it is more habitable for my roommate and me I returned from abroad since January 2025 I am a teacher over 50 years old and I live alone at the bottom of the accommodation The room with internet in wifi is located at the top of the villa kitchen and terrace garden are accessible The accommodation is close to beaches and shops A room can be available upstairs or downstairs at certain times I would like to make progress in English so an exchange of this type would be very appreciable. I would like help with the layout of a house organization, storage, welcoming roommates and a little maintenance changing a toilet mechanism, shower for example and gardening. My hobbies are walking, dancing, traveling, and restaurants, among others. Welcome if you match my search.

  Je dois aménager ma maison pour que ce soit plus habitable pour mes coloc et moi
  Je suis revenu de l 'étranger depuis janvier 2025
  Je suis enseignante de plus 50 ans et je vis seule en bas du logement
  La chambre avec internet en wifi se situe en haut de villa cuisine et terrasse jardin sont accessibles

  Une chambre peut être disponible en haut ou en bas à certaine période
  Je voudrais faire des progrès en anglais donc un échange de ce type serait très appréciable.
  Je voudrais de l 'aide pour l 'agencement d 'une maison organisation, rangement, accueil de coloc et un peu d 'entretien changement d 'un mécanisme wc, douche par exemple et du jardinage.

  I need to prepare some construction and renovation in my house.
  Assemble and reinstall furniture, rewire the TV and the house.
  Help with interior decoration.
  Organize and tidy up and do small DIY jobs.
  Small household chores.
  I'm not very available; you must be independent.
  I won't be able to cook for you.
  You can accompany me on walks and/or to dance parties.
  I speak a little English and Spanish, but not very well.
  We're doing a 15-day trial.
  I have one or two rooms available at certain times.
