I’m from the UK and have had this place for over 10 years. Since Covid I’ve been here full time steadily making the place more comfortable poco a poco.
I’m currently looking for help for carpentry projects using plywood to make basic steamer trunks x 3 Also someone with plastering skills to make good some exterior and interior walls.

General house maintenance. Some carpentry skills, painting decorating .
3- 5 hours per day . I’ll provide 1 supper per week. In exchange for use of a fully self contained casita with it’s own entrance wi-fi etc.

This is a quiet town no bars. There are local eateries during the day and at the beach side. Could be good for surfers birdwatchers nature lovers. Cyclists

Bobby n Mabel are aged 8 n 7 both mellow Heelers not at all aggressive they love having people to stay and will visit the guest house when guests are here in hope of the odd titbit.
