    Description

Hostel in Zadar is looking for extra help :)
We are quite big so help would be needed in all departments. Let us know where you see yourself best, and we will let you know if we have open positions.

We are a non-profit organisation that promotes travelling, especially for young people, schools, sport teams and similar and have been doing it since the 1950s. So, there is also a lot that you can learn if you are interested in helping your community that way.

We are located in the beach area of Zadar, surrounded by sea on the south, west and north. Old town is 30 min walking by the seaside, but there are also frequent buses. Zadar is a great base to visit islands and national parks. The hostel is a good place to meet fellow travelers and of course to hang out with the rest of the staff who have special secrets about the local area, food, culture and much more.

Visit us and experience Zadar and Dalmatia state of mind.
    We welcome you :)

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

Workawayers at our hostel will learn how hostels work and all duties and resposabilities that hostel staff do on everyday basis.
It is a opportunity to experience the hostel atmosphere and meet travelers from all over the world, but also to meet the locals and experience the local way of living.

Also, as a youth hostel we are hosting groups and volunteers from all over the world. We have a large terrace and outside bar where hostel staff/guests get together and share travel experience and discuss cultural differences/similarities.

We are a non-profit organisation that promotes travelling, especially for young people, schools, sport teams and similar and have been doing it since the 1950s. So, there is also a lot that you can learn if you are interested in helping your community that way.

We hope these exchanges would improve and help you grow as an individual and us as a team.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

Zadar is a city with rich history, from the roman ages onwards, there is so much that one can see in this small city.
The old town is full of historic buildings and traces of past cultures, there are also quite a few museums that uncover the secret treasures of the cities past.
In addition to this, the old town has some newly added sights - like the Sea organ played by the sea itself, and the Greetings to the Sun - a renewable energy monument to the Sun.
Zadar's positions allows travellers to easily visit many of Croatia's National parks - Plitvice lakes, Paklenica, Krka waterfalls and Kornati are all within 1-2h distance.
We also have many islands and beaches in the area perfect for summer exploring.
It is easy to have fun here or just to relax.
