  We are inviting a couple to join us at our finca between April 15 and October 15, 2026.
  
  This is a unique opportunity to live and work in a beautiful retreat environment on Mallorca, combining meaningful work with a slower, nature-connected lifestyle.
  
  Retreat Chef:
  You will take the lead in the kitchen, preparing wholesome, nourishing meals during our retreats. In addition, the role includes cooking for pre-night dinners and other events connected to weddings hosted at the finca. You’ll be working closely with our dedicated in-house chef, collaborating on menu planning and ensuring a smooth, inspiring kitchen flow. We’re looking for someone with solid experience in retreat cooking, who loves creating food that supports wellbeing and inspires our guests.
  
  All-Round Assistant / House Helper:
  The primary responsibility is cleaning (approximately 16 hours per week). In addition, the role is flexible and varied. It includes assisting the chef during retreats, as well as supporting with everyday tasks at the finca: welcoming and checking in guests, gardening, shopping for supplies, sweeping, simple maintenance, and other practical help that keeps the retreat center running smoothly.
  
  Together, these are two full-time, paid positions. We’re looking for a couple who would enjoy sharing both work and life in a beautiful retreat setting. Flexibility is key — some weeks will be more intense with retreats and events, while others offer more time to rest, explore, and enjoy the finca and its surroundings. Please note that your working hours will often differ, as the roles involve different responsibilities and schedules.
  
  What we ask:
  • EU membership is required (due to residency and work regulations).
  • This is a role that asks for energy, dedication, and flexibility. Some days will be long and full, but this rhythm is balanced with stretches of free time – allowing you to recharge and enjoy the beauty of Mallorca.
  • Because the finca is located in the peaceful Mallorcan countryside, having your own car is highly recommended to give you flexibility and freedom to explore during your free time.

  Help

  Retreat Chef:

  We have a bicycle for use. The nearest bus stop is about 2 km from the location. Here on Mallorca you can take the bicycle with you which is very useful when you reach your destination. You will also, under own responsability, be able to borrow a car now and then for shopping (however the car is not for personal use).
