    Description

It is kind of tacky, but in case you are wondering why you would come to Powell River, it was recently voted as the best place in Canada to live.
Yup, we have pristine wild places, fun, adventure, less tourists. Stuff like that.

We are updating the main house and working on building an art studio for ceramics, have a small woodworking area and a a ton of outside garden work like getting ready for spring planting and trying to do odd jobs around the property.

We believe in sustainability and love to eat from the wild. We both are into the arts (music, visual, writing) and we have lots of multimedia projects on the go.

We are a couple mid forties who love to travel, backpack, hike and meet travellers.

When you write us please include these two answers to these two questions.

    1. Are you currently on BC coast travelling ?
    2. How will you get to Powell River ?

Note - We were getting up to 5 messages a day and almost all the people didn't know where we live or how they would get here. We would prefer that workawayers that are currently travelling the coast and passing by here, come have a look and meet and greet in person. and we can go from there. Please just send us a message when you are in Powell River area and come to meet us in person. We will pause our profile when we do not have room. If you are reading this we are ready to host.

Happy to train. We might be able to go out on the water or up in the mountains with you, if time allows and weather.
