I am João, manager of a tourism and an art gallery. Is a well-kept secret of the North Alentejo located 750 m above sea level in the heart of the Serra de S. Mamede Natural Park in Marvão, exclusive for those looking for a quiet space, in a relaxed environment, surrounded by the green of a landscape of pure nature and creativity.

The area we are is known by the amount of things to visit in terms of historic and cultural heritage. The landscapes are amazing and completely different from anything else. The nature gives to this regiond a peacefull environment perfect to relaxing at the maximum.
Local community are very friendly and take their life calmly. They love to meet new people and are anxious to show everybody what the region has to offer.
The people that want to come to know this region and help us with our business activity will have a bedroom with private toilet and will be paid at least the minimum wage of Portugal. The wage can increase depending on peoples skills.Host offers payment in line with the minimum wage

We requested people willing to keep up the normal tasks in a rural tourism such as doing the reception service in check-in and check-out. Do the cleaning of the rooms and general maintenance of interior areas and exterior such as gardening.

There are lots of adventures to explore in Marvão, Castelo de Vide and Portalegre. There will be an available car to use in short distances around our region.
