Help
Are you interested in ice cream making and experience how milk production is working? Along with babysitting and household chores?
We are a farm family that needs extra help in November and December. We are located in the north of Iceland, in a valley called Eyjafjörður. There is only a 20 minute drive to Akureyri. There is a local swimming pool only 5 minute drive from our farm.
We are looking for open minded, responsible and self initiated people who are not afraid to try new things and can handle to get in contact with kids, cook, work with cows and there surroundings.
The creamery will give you a good insight into how we make home made ice cream.
We offer you a family close stay in a beautiful landscape.

In all her duties she worked independent and with the overall view needed on a farm, absolutely reliable person. Also the kids liked her and they had fun together.
We can highly recommend Luisa and wish her all best for the future.
In May and August 2016 Emese helped us in the icecreamfactory and the cow shed as well as painting and working outside. She also assisted with the house work.
She always did her very best to fulfill the brief exactly and furthermore used her initiative to do things without having had to be asked.
