Update:
From October 2024 we are hosting an Erasmus program for 6 months cofunded from EU with pocket money for people between 18 and 30 years old from EU.
If interested get in touch to have your contact.
Currently we are full house but we may have available space for campervan travellers.
Through workaway we look only for long term participants that can take vital roles in the continuation of the project, other than that we hold programs out of workaway context in terms of exchange and of course workshops and internships for university students.

We are an established ngo with an eco cultural educational - community project,
in the very beginning although getting deep roots some years now.
Close to Athens and even more to Sounio. Between a little mountain and the sea, at Lagonisi area ~ developing an eco-system based on permaculture principles and regenerative processes in relation with the inbetween and surrounding environment and a hub / center connected to the local community hosting events & activities offering a place to gather, learn, heal and interact with people around the world who meet here finding themselves on that aim...
In the past 7+years we have been fortunate to host more than 200 people from more than 35 from all continents (thanks to, but also out of, workaway) usually forming groups of 5 to 7 or more people.

We are welcoming on board of the project, those who want to have an experience of being an active member of a dynamic in participation organisational structure, interacting with people from all paths of life and across this planet in a variety of actions of maintenance but also growth.
By participating one can have experiences of, relate, get to know and contribute on :
-Gardening ,overall from seed to harvest,
-Food production of Plant based diet,
-Skyrian Horses and other small animals,
-Organisation and multimedia,
-Constructions, repairs and DIY,
-Handcrafts, as sewing, soapmaking, cosmetics and more
-Other arts, therapies , treatments and so on
So that,
it is upon you to share and gain knowledge
and it is probable for you offering of what you are talented or skilled also professionally.
Additionally important to mention, we are a community based collective and not a business directed project.

We are also kids and families welcoming while we are having an early age educational project at place with events & workshops for older ages as well.

Thank you Costa, Rafael and Han for making us feel at home. We now feel we always have a safe place and friends to come back to. We've learned a lot from you and we will miss you, our breakfasts and dinners on the rooftop, the horses, the walks through the meadows, your chocolate cream and, of course, the fencing :)

I stayed with Costas and worked on his plot for a little over a week. I couldn't stay for as long as I originally planned but Costas was very understanding and accommodating ! Costas, is such a special, kind, and friendly man and we enjoyed staying with him and his beautiful In-na. We could only stay a few days with Costas on his free land. Going Vegan for a while was a little scary at first, but we enjoyed the mini detox. Hope you enjoyed all the photos we took and will use them. Peace and love bro.
