Help on a smallholding in Ballina, west of Ireland

  Description

  I would discribe our place as a smallhoding. We have an organic vegetable garden, with fruit trees and bushes. We have hens, ponies, a cat and a dog. We try to keep everything organic with compostheaps etc. We live in a tiny village in the west of ireland in co Mayo. We live an old two storey house. We are a retired couple.

  You can learn about selfsufficiency. We make jam bake all our bread, preserves, beer, cheese etc ourselves. You can learn english and german if you want. You can learn about a quiet life. You can learn about irisn and german culture.

  To repaint a big gate. Weeding and planting in the garden. Feeding and grooming the ponies. Take the dog for a walk. We will be mostly working together. We can talk in english or german.you can

  Your own bedroom in the house. We are not vegetarians but we can cater for one, but not for a vegan. We have all our meals together. But of course one can eat inbetween if needed.
