We try to keep everything organic with compostheaps etc. We live in a tiny village in the west of ireland in co Mayo. We live an old two storey house. We are a retired couple.

The work was sometimes hard but never exhausting, the balance was perfect.
The meals were delicious, with vegetables from their garden, their bread and cheese are delicious! They were incredibly kind to take us to visit some beautiful places in their stunning region. We also had the chance to meet several members of their lovely family. A heartfelt thank you to them for this enriching experience!

We were very lucky to have adrien with us. Any job we asked him to do he did it to perfection. We actually think he is a perfectionalist. We did not have to explain the job in detail. He knew what to do. Adrien has a pleasent and honest personality which is very important when you stay in somebody elses home.
