Description
A newly establishment located in Ghana, Tema.
We are looking for GENERAL VOLUNTEERS and language Tutor volunteers(SPANISH AND GERMAN) and also IT(coding&robotics)
After a year if the volunteer is interested to permanently work with us we can discuss it and make a decision!
Accommodation is available!
We will be happy to work with you and you explore our beautiful country Ghana!
We are family newly established school which intend in the near future to bridge the gap between modern technology, rural and the city schooling system.
With the location in Tema, one have access to any part of the regions in the country without hustle, sporting activities, beaches(Tema and Accra has numerous beaches where one can relax), 30minutes drive is to the river Volta, 45minutes to an hour drive to the eastern region rain forest and mountain, Kakum national park in Cape Coast, the dungeons, and 2hrs drive to visit more beautiful beaches at KETA(The sand city).
Its just fascinating to wake up in the morning seeing the sunrise, the daily activities of the local people and the interactions!
Alas......you can sometimes plug coconuts and mangoes yourself...... or in the eastern region cocoa!!!
We currently have 32 teaching and non teaching staffs, salaries ranges between 800-3000ghc(100-300$) depending on the current exchange rate.
Some of the staffs are Kindergarten workers, teachers, cleaners, handworkers, cooks etcTypes of help and learning opportunities

Since one of our missions is to bridge the gap between cultures through language, we have decided to teach some of the international languages in our school, apart from our local languages, this means in the long run the volunteer will also lern part of our culture, through the interaction with the students, other staffs and non staffs and including the local people..... The culture is in the LANGUAGE!

Help
We need general volunteers, language teacher volunteers(Spanish and German) for our newly establishment
1.General volunteers will help in day to day activities of the school, in a form of teaching assistance, sports, maintenances, library, some other activities with the children etc etc.
2. The language volunteers, specifically for teaching these two languages,Spanish and German
3. IT(coding & robotics)
Volunteers with this skill will help in our ICT(coding & robotics) lab and also in our community robotics lab in the Volta region.
Also, the school provides internet for teaching purposes!Languages
