  Hello everyone! We are Rebeca (43) & Juan (45)
  
  We are a couple of Argentines and Italians, and we have been traveling the world for a couple of years. Now, we have settled in a small town in Spain, called Garganta La Olla.
  We have used Workaway on several occasions on both sides, both hosting and working. That is why we have thought about making exchanges.
  
  We are looking for a chef for our Restaurant
  
  🧑‍🍳 Requirements:
  
  Previous experience in restaurant cooking.
  
  Using experience Rational high convection oven
  
  Stock and Purchasing Management
  
  Service management
  
  Teamwork ability.
  
  Organization, responsibility and commitment.
  
  We have accommodation available for volunteers alone or in our apartment depending on how long they stay.
  
  The work is paid according to the collective agreement, therefore you have to have your papers in order in Spain to apply for volunteering.
  
  We also accept volunteers to clean rooms and breakfast.
  Do not hesitate to contact us if you feel qualified for these positions.
  
  Fluency in Spanish or Italian is essential for you to join our team.
  If you apply, we prefer that you write to us in one of these two languages.
  
  It will be good for us if you can stay more than 2 months
  
  We do not have internet or TV in our apartment

  Somos una pareja de Argentinos e Italianos, y hemos estado recorriendo el mundo por un par de años. Ahora, nos hemos asentado en un pequeño pueblo de España, llamado Garganta La Olla.
  Hemos usado Workaway en varias ocasiones en ambos lados, tanto como anfitriones como trabajando. Es por ello que hemos pensado en hacer intercambios.
  
  Estamos buscando cocinero/a para nuestro Restaurante
  🧑‍🍳 Requisitos:
  
  Experiencia previa en cocina de restaurantes.
  
  Experiencia de uso Horno de alta convección Rational
  
  Gestión de Stock y Compras
  
  Gestión del servicio
  
  Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  
  Organización, responsabilidad y compromiso.
  
  Tenemos disponibilidad de alojamiento para los voluntarios solos o en nuestro apartamento según el tiempo que se queden.
  
  El trabajo es remunerado según convenio colectivo por lo tanto tienes que tener tus papeles en regla en España para aplicar al voluntariado.
  
  También aceptamos voluntarios para realizar limpieza de habitaciones y desayunos.
  No dudes en consultarnos si te sientes capacitado para estos puestos
  
  Es indispensable que hables un nivel alto de español o italiano para quedarte con nosotros.
  Si te postulas preferimos que nos escribas en alguno de estos 2 idiomas
  
  Será bueno para nosotros si puedes quedarte mas de 2 meses
  
  No tenemos internet ni TV en nuestro apartamento

  We initially offer accommodation in our apartment. If you'd like to stay longer and enjoy it, we can arrange another apartment for you to live in on your own. You'll be able to experience the cuisine of Extremadura, Italy, and Argentina. You'll also enjoy a beautiful natural setting.
  
  Ofrecemos hospedaje en un principio en nuestro apartamento si quieres quedarte por mas tiempo y te gusta podemos conseguir otro apartamento para que vivas solo/a
  Podrás experimentar la gastronomía Extremeña, Italiana y Argentina.
  Además, podrás disfrutar de un hermoso entorno natural.

  Our home is located in the beautiful village of Garganta la Olla in the Extremadura region. We are surrounded by mountains and streams, making it the perfect place to stop and rest during your journey, where you can enjoy walks along beautiful trails, swim in the river if the season allows, and appreciate nature in general.
  
  Nuestro hogar se encuentra en el hermoso pueblo de Garganta la Olla en la región de Extremadura.
  Nos encontramos rodeados de montañas y arroyos, siendo el sitio perfecto para hacer una parada y descansar del viaje, pudiendo disfrutar de caminatas por hermosos senderos, baños en el río si la estación lo permite, y de la naturaleza en general.

  When you have free time, the village is an excellent place to relax body and soul. Surrounded by mountains and streams, it's beautiful for enjoying pure, unspoiled nature.
